When your horse trusts you as a leader...spooky and bad behaviors stop. I strongly suggest learning to play the seven games with you horse. I had a mare that flipped over backwards..playing the games work. Try it. Had to take her...Sounds like Greta girl yesterday!! Had to take her for a short gallop before our lesson began haha. Even though I tried to DIY it, I reached the point where I didn't know what I was doing either, so I too, coughed up the $200 for 4 $50 lessons a month with new, super cool trainer. Hopefully I'll soon reach the point where I can do lessons every other week, but a lesson every week is much more logical for my intro-level self.
